Better route is civil suits against Fauci

July 29, 2026.

US Senate committee room.

Do you know what date is today?

Plead the 5th.

The color of your tie?

Plead the 5th.

The color of the carpet?

Plead the 5th.

Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri asked the questions.

Anthony Fauci answered.

For a total of 111 times Fauci gave the same answer to questions from Hawley and his colleagues.

July 29 2026 will go down in history, doesn’t matter which side of the political fence one positions oneself.

Commentators argued that since Fauci had obtained a preemptive pardon from President Biden, Fauci should have no worry of self incrimination. Thus it was suggested that the pardon already removed his legal grounds to plead the 5th.

Of course others disagreed.

Still others suggested that the auto-pen pardon could ultimately be challenged.

Legalese is endless.

But to the eyes of average viewers, citizens or not, Republican or Democrat,

pleading the fifth is an elaborate legal way of “I’m guilty.”

But guilty of what?

For a man who claims to be “science” in the pandemic that took a million lives in the US alone, many of whom were seniors forbidden to see for the last time their relatives, the inventory of crimes will definitely be impressive.

- Vaccination mandate that took away jobs of the unvaccinated.

- Closure of schools and millions of youngsters lost social and learning years.

- Closure of churches with loss of freedom of religion.

- Imposing an arbitrary six feet social distance.

- Mandatory masking, vacillating between no masking.

- Colluding with journalists and scientists to ostracise and villainise competing medical advice.

No doubt any, or all, of these might prove to be, through much legal efforts, prosecutable, after all. But much as I’d like to support President Trump, the buck must stop at the boss for all nationwide policy that did damages.

Fauci might well be the chief architect of the policy.

He could be the face.

But Trump was the president, then later Biden, and the buck stopped at the Resolute Desk!

That said, there must be those that Fauci should be guilty of at a personal and professional level.

And there are plenty.

As the point man dealing with the pandemic, it’s now revealed by his personal diary and phone text messages, that he personally was concerned about vaccine and pregnancy but was mum publicly.

Imagine women having miscarriage during the period when vaccination was mandated.

That was personal and professional.

That was life otherwise borne healthy, a lifelong curse.

Had nothing to do with the President.

Or that Fauci could be shown to orchestrate using his immense power in the medical fraternity to silence and villainise alternatives so that his view on the vaccine became untouchable.

That was personal and professional.

Had nothing to do with the President.

But the one I’d like to zero in on is the involvement in funding a gain-of-function research that created a new virus that didn’t occur naturally.

That brought about Patient 0.

He kept mum and kept prevaricating.

Even when the virus exploded in Wuhan in 2019-2020.

And so comically coincidental that the laboratory which allegedly received funding circuitously from Fauci’s control, to conduct such experiments was situated in Wuhan, China.

And the rest is history.

Millions of lives in USA and the world were lost.

And of course Fauci must have played a part in suppressing the name of WuHan Pneumonia, given the connection to that Wu Han institute.

For obvious reason.

Eventually it was what history would know and the reference to Wu Han the city of PRC became anathema.

As we can find out, detailed in “WuHan: What’s in a name?”

Whatever the name ought to be, eventually the court of law would force all evidences out.

Convict or not, facts must be and will be out in even a civil suit!

A couple of years ago, it was reported that one US state filed a suit to claim compensation but it was against PRC.

Now it is Fauci’s turn.

And I think there’re cities and countries, Milan comes particularly to mind being the first European city suffered from virus infected Chinese visitor, that would queue up to file civil suits, in trillions whatever currency!

The pleading of the 5th.

The Auto Pen Pardon.

They won’t help in civil cases.

Though they might with criminal prosecutions.

For damages of loss of life, pregnancies, loss of social time and learning as students, and for the damages to academic and scientific reputation by being muffled, and cancelled.

All knowingly in scientific terms to Fauci but for whatever reasons suppressed and prevented to contribute to the Presidential consideration.

All were not President’s fault.

But Fauci’s.

Squarely.

So let civil suits rise!

So close!
